$3.9M in sales in a single month for a US East-Coast DTC brand doing eight figures on Meta
$3.9M
in sales in a single month
"We handed over daily buying and the account moved further in one month than it had all year. We would not have got there with our team alone.”
Challenge
This brand had grown past eight figures a year on Meta on the strength of its product and a small in-house team. Buying was founder-led and reactive. Budgets got checked between other jobs, and a losing ad set often kept spending a day or two longer than it should have.
At that account size, reactive stopped working. Every extra dollar of spend needed someone watching delivery, duplicating what was working and cutting what was not — daily, not weekly. Hiring a buyer good enough to do that was a nine-month problem, and the season would not wait.
They also wanted to get ahead of the attribution delay the iOS changes introduced, so decisions were being made on numbers the team trusted rather than on reporting running two days behind.
Solution
They brought us in to run Meta day to day. We started by rebuilding the account around a small number of proven audiences, then put a daily scaling routine on top of it — duplicating winning ad sets at a controlled step-up rather than raising budgets in jumps the algorithm has to relearn.
We monitor ad performance daily. Every morning our buyer reviews spend, delivery and cost per acquisition against the previous day, and anything drifting gets cut, capped or duplicated before it costs a full day of budget.
Anything that breaks — a rejected ad, a stalled ad set, a pixel event that stops firing — gets flagged in a shared Slack channel with the client the same day, so nothing sits unnoticed over a weekend.
Alongside the buying we report on creative by placement, so the team can see how each concept performs on Instagram versus Facebook and on mobile versus desktop, and brief the next round of creative off that instead of off gut feel.
Results
In the first full month of daily management the account did $3.9M in sales — the brand’s largest month to date — and set its best single sales day on record.
It happened in a quarter when a lot of the industry was reporting softer performance on Meta. The founder went from watching the account all day to reviewing it on one weekly call, and the same daily routine now runs across the brand’s other channels.
