"Everything I used to do by hand — creative variations, copy tests, bid changes during the day and at night — now sits with the Traffic Revenue team. I used to work full time across every ad account I manage. Now I spend an hour or two a day on strategy and offers, and they run the rest."

Challenge

The client runs several ecommerce stores of his own, consults for a handful of DTC brands, and teaches Meta ad strategy. All of it competes for the same hours.

The problem was never performance. It was that holding performance steady took a full working day of manual campaign work — launches, creative variations, copy tests, bid changes, pausing losers.

With every hour going into account maintenance, he could not grow his own stores as fast as he wanted or take on the clients who were asking.

Solution

He brought us in to run the buying, not to advise on it. Traffic Revenue took over day-to-day management of every account: creative testing, copy variations, launch cadence and intraday bid work.

We monitor ad performance daily and act on it the same day — pausing what is not converting, scaling what is, and pushing fresh variations into test before the current batch fatigues.

Creative production runs on our side too. More tests go live each week than he could ship alone, so learnings arrive faster and the winners surface sooner.

Results

Handing the manual work over freed roughly 80% of the client’s working day. He took on more consulting clients and put the recovered time into running events for the coaching side of his business.

Performance moved with the time saved: better cost-efficiency on his own stores’ campaigns, and better numbers for the brands he consults for.

With time and budget back, the work moved up a level — more angles tested, more creative directions tried, and a longer list of things worth trying next.

"Working with Traffic Revenue, a day gets me what a week used to. Better ROAS, better results for the brands I consult for, more clients on the books, and enough room to test more angles than I ever could on my own. The hours come back and the accounts still get better."
