Privacy
Updated 18 October 2026This notice explains how Traffic Revenue uses information on this website and in its customer and team dashboards. For questions or requests about your information, contact notifications@trafficrevenue.co.
Account and sign-in information
We use your name, email address, account identifier and verified sign-in information to identify your account and control access to your orders. Clerk provides account authentication where enabled. If you choose Google or Microsoft sign-in, the provider shares basic profile and email information with Clerk. These sign-in connections do not request your mail, contacts, calendar or files. Optional passwords are handled by the authentication provider, not stored as plaintext in the Traffic Revenue order database.
Orders and production
We process the brand details, briefs, assets, video requests, feedback, deliveries and support messages you submit to provide the services you order. Authorized team members access the information needed for production and support. Production may use AI-assisted tools to process the brief and relevant materials. Payment processing is provided by Mamo; card details are entered with the payment provider. We retain payment references and order status to reconcile purchases.
Service providers
The service uses Netlify for website and application hosting, Neon for database storage, Cloudflare for network and private file storage, Clerk for authentication, and Resend for transactional email. These providers process the information needed to operate their part of the service. Data may be processed outside your country. Social sign-in and payment providers also apply their own privacy notices.
Browser storage and measurement
Cookies and browser storage support authentication, security, preferences and recovery of unfinished actions. The Motion checkout offers separate analytics and advertising measurement choices through its Privacy choices control. Optional measurement is off unless you allow it. When enabled, measurement can include campaign, visit and conversion information shared with Google or Meta. Order and security communications are separate from optional marketing messages.
Access, retention and your choices
Order records, submitted briefs, deliveries and audit history are retained for service delivery, support, payment reconciliation and security. Removing a sign-in connection or deleting an authentication profile does not automatically erase the separate order history. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion and to discuss records that must remain for ongoing orders or applicable obligations. We may need to verify ownership before acting on a request.
You can manage available sign-in methods and sessions through dashboard Settings and revoke a social sign-in connection through the provider. You can change optional measurement choices through the Motion footer. Only share assets and information that you are authorized to provide.
