Strategy & Approach

DEVELOPING THE STRATEGY

Over a two-day facilitated session, we surfaced the challenges Spectrum as an organization faced. In the process, they prioritized the needs and goals of the business and its customers. This be came the foundation for the branding and marketing plans for the 2020 campaigns.

DEFINING THE BRAND

Through a series of exercises in the strategy session, we were able to extract and refine the key pillars of the brand. This defined the brand’s personality: how it should look, sound, and act.

UNDERSTANDING THE USERS

Spectrum is a premier cleaning and sanitization services company that puts the community first, dedicated to providing top-notch services for busy pro-age people who prioritize cleanliness and a safe environment. Our honest and realistic approach allows our people to save time while ensuring their surroundings are clean and sanitized. To understand the needs of these customers, we created unique user profiles to represent the range of attendees. This painted a clear picture of their demographics, psychographics, needs, and wants.

POSITIONING

Understanding what the Spectrum brand is and who they are a champion for, helped define the positioning statement of the organization:

CAUSING DELIGHT

Designing user experiences that delight is a difficult task. It takes a highly skilled team of experts: user experience strategists, user interface designers, copywriters, photographers, and engineers. I implemented Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies, resulting in a remarkable increase of 13.33% in conversion rates.

I conducted thorough analysis, including user behavior tracking and analytics, and implemented A/B testing to identify effective variations. I optimized the website's design, user interface, and checkout process to enhance the user experience. Additionally, I utilized personalization techniques to tailor content and offers, leading to higher conversions.
